A lovely rustic house with traditional stone walls. As you walk into a rustic style lounge with an traditional open fireplace, you will see below the windows there is seating .The flooring throughout the house is of traditional mosaic.
From the lounge you have steps up to the kitchen which is a good size and has a Portuguese bread oven. There is a window which looks out onto the fields. Also double doors which take you on to a veranda leading down to the patio area. The kitchen units are of pine.
You have lovely bathroom with the wash basin surrounded by marble.
On the main floor you have two double bedrooms which are painted white with a light peach coloured walls.
From the main lounge hall way you have stone steps with wooden bannisters leading up to a large open plan attic with excellent lighting from the windows and great views over the surrounding area. The ceiling is in pine with stone tile floors.
The outside of this nice peaceful house has a large area of front garden and a piece of land to the side. There is a covered BBQ area.
This rustic house is situated on a 2000m area of land in a quite zone with plenty of privacy.
The entrance to the property is a shared. There is also a garage within the grounds.
The large main gates are manually operated. You are connected to the water mains and have electricity. For cooking and hot water gas bottles are used.
The house may need a little updating in the kitchen but it has great character and would certainly suit someone needed land with their house, village location and close to main towns.
The house is close to Caldas da Rainha with the cost being 20minutes way, and Lisbon around one hour. The golf resorts are within 30 minutes drive.
